Around Metro Manila

At the ice cream parlor in Quezon City.  Sean and Erika were thrilled to find out Erika ordered the biggest ice cream serving amongst the group.  Of course, daddy came to the rescue in the end...

A "sari-sari" (variety) store at the Quezon Memorial Circle, near the University of the Philippines campus.  Sean and Erika holding clear plastic bags filled with soda pop.  Understandably, most sidewalk stores like this pour soda pop into plastic bags for orders-to-go since soda pop bottles are very expensive.  That's Emily on the right contemplating a purchase.
